The EU PHARE Programme finance project of "Pikant" Ltd.
The project "Preparing Pikant Ltd. for the common European market" is supported by PHARE BG 2004/016-711.11.04 under the Consultancy Grant Scheme.The overall objective of the project is the achievement of European competitiveness through better awareness of the business environment on the EU common market.
The project will be realized in the period Dec 2006 - March 2007.

Products
The company produce minced meat, ready-to-cook and roast meat products. The assortment list includes over 15 products of the category minced meat as follows:- minced meat
- spicy minced meat
- grilled oblong rissole (kebapche)
- meat balls
- rissoles
- sausages
- grilled sausages and other.
The products are offered frozen, chilled and heat treated.
The company is also a distributor for East Bulgaria of the products of “Lalov & Vachev” Ltd., Vratsa. It trades with:
- short term durable sausages (frankfurters, sausages)
- durable stewed and smoked salami (salami)
- poultry delicatessen (turkey, parizers)
- hams, stewed and dried delicatessen (hams, fillets)
- raw-dried delicatessen (flat sausages, pastarma, sudjuk).
