The EU PHARE Programme finance project of "Pikant" Ltd.
The project "Preparing Pikant Ltd. for the common European market" is supported by PHARE BG 2004/016-711.11.04 under the Consultancy Grant Scheme.The overall objective of the project is the achievement of European competitiveness through better awareness of the business environment on the EU common market.
The project will be realized in the period Dec 2006 - March 2007.

"Pikant" Ltd.
Established in 1998, PIKANT ltd. starts as a small enterprise renting a workshop for meat processing. In short time the company succeeds in making reputation as a modern producer of meat products, which takes care of the quality of the food as well as of the supplied service. PIKANT Ltd. is a regional leader in the North-East Bulgaria.It has achieved industrial capacity (2400 t./year). The company is categorized as company meeting all EU requirements (category 1). The production area is over 2000 sqm. The company constantly expands its assortment lists and distribution network.
Among the awards of Pikant Ltd. are two gold and three silver medals from the specialized exhibitions for meat products organized by the Association of meat processors in Bulgaria – Meatmania.
The company is also a supplier of the main trade chains Picadilly, Billa, Burlex.
The company is an authorized representative of the company "Lalov & Vachev Ltd."
